ot-5035e cannot unlocked need help furious team

i cant direct unlocked this phone ot-5035e..i can only read the code even though i already check the direct unlock on the software..my problem is i cannot enter the unlocked code because it is already counter blocked..it dont ask for code..anything i can do to unlocked and it gives a message "simlock remove error" this phone here is the logs
