Phone was rooted, invalid imei etc, returned to customer .

Did the sw ask for INPUT THE NEW CU REFERENCE ?

Nope, other tool readed proinfo without problems, but I had problems to put it back in phone with spflash ... I have over 30 different models of Alcatel, will check if 5045x have (another phone) in evening, and report.
