OT-6032X flash problem

I want to change language.
OTSMART 476:

Using library Brom_DLL_v7.1347.5
Searching phone;

But mtk reader OK, So driver OK:

NOTE: Most of the times one of the first variants will work !

What could be the problem?

Drivers badly installed. Must extract usb_driver.rar to C:. Run REMOVE.bat followed by INSTALL.bat . Also when preloader port shows up in device manager be sure it has an number under 250 assigned. Else again same error can occur. For any extra info im available on skype

(I do not come to the second port, attention to the device manager but did not come)
