ot 7041x memory stuck

hello. i have one alcatel ot-7041x with strange problem. phone is working, but i cannot factory reset. If i enter recovery and erase cache and user area and then restart, phone restarts but without any lost of data inside the phone, not even lock screen pattern is removed. If i do factory reset from the settings, the same thing! i've even flashed phone with factory firmware from support but no change. flash process came to end with success but phone restarts with same wallpaper and pattern lock and even with all the contacts and data inside the memory.

my question is, what can be done to factory reset this stupid phone?

i know about that option and i forgot to mention that is not working. i've even tried to erase the entire flash with flash tool program and i've received the message OK, like the erasing process was done but in fact, the phone powered up just like before. i'm out of options! any other idea?
