OT-806x GoldenSecurityFile - GSM-Forum

Is there any way or any how i can get the GoldenSecurityFile for
OT-806x 2ARGKE1. The one thats there at the moment is not support by
the provider ID 2ARGKE1! so the phone stays asking,
sim card locked! SOS calls only
Please any body help!
