who to solve this problem

COM opened ok;
Phone must be powered off;
Keep pressing the power button if serial used !
(for USB connection keep SPACE or * (STAR) key pressed and insert the usb cable)
Connecting;

Seems to be some issue or in pinout or at soft because many of you have same issue...

i dont know where is problem all driver is install ok
