when i put sim not accepter look message

ok i put sim accept and ###765*08#
after choose network but code error
i want know why code is not correct

Send your backup secure file to me.
Some Alcatel secure setting will deny all unlock code even it is calculated correctly.
You can try the repair secure region function to make the handset unlock.
I already plan to add some prompt for such special firmware in next release. Then user can understand what the problem is for his phone easily.

And another possible cause is the phone was input the wrong unlock code before and already reach the counter.
You can try to format it first, power off the handset, then long press "#" key & "red" key together.
After it is formatted successfully, then you can try the unlock code again.

I TRIE TO FORMAT IT BUT CODE IS NOT CONNECT
BEFORE I TRIE DO DO REGION FORMAT BUT FONE NOT POWER ON
NOW I TAKE ANORTHER FONE TO DO EXPERIENCE FOR FORMAT BUT CODE IS NOT CORRECT
PLZ BRODE I TAKE THIS PACK8 BECAUSE I HAVE MANY PIECES
