Product: OT-660 Load DA file... Load AUTH file... Load flash image file... Load flash image file failed! Please double check whether you select the correct flash image file! I try the same flash file from another friend now the phone dead after few time in download flash image file : Make your handset power off, plug in the UART cable! Product: OT-660 Load DA file... Load AUTH file... Load flash image file... Start to connect the handset, keep pressing the power on key! Start to flash handset image... IMEI: 352387031373801 Provider ID: 660X-2DRGTE5 Security information version: N/A Detect special firmware version! If the handset is reflashed with SIMFree version, it may not power on correctly! If so, you can try to repair the handset secure region with special golden file after flash process is done! Downloading flash image now... Flash handset image failed! Error Code: 16812066 Please double check the cable and handset connection! Try it again! Help me to revive phone, i must buy another phone. |

Please retry the download action. And please make sure the handset has full battery. Your error ID means the connection between PC and handset is interrupted. Suggestion, 1. What's kind of cable do you use? UART cable or just solder on test pin? Check the UART port on handset side if you use UART cable. Or check your solder if use test pin. 2. Make sure your handset has enough battery. If it has enough power, the download process should be always able to be launched. 3. Make sure you use the latest 1.0.2.0 latest Pack 8 exe version. B.R. What did you try? Please provide more detailed feedback. Answer my below questions first. 1. What's kind of cable do you use? UART cable or just solder on test pin? Check the UART port on handset side if you use UART cable. Or check your solder if use test pin. I met similar problem like yours before. It becuase of the port on handset's side is "loose". Need to press the cable hard to keep the good connection. And if you use test pin, check your solder. 2. Make sure your handset has enough battery. If it has enough power, the download process should be always able to be launched. How much battery level did you see? Again! Your error ID means the cable connection is broken. It is hardware or connection problem, pack8 is just SW application. You need to make sure you use it correctly and all relevant HW is good. You are not the only or first user for OT-660 such a old model. B.R. Eason | |
