dear supporter where is the write firmware opition on this version for alcatel 4015t only shows unlock network or pattern and in old versions i get the same error

Firmware write is not supported for 4015T

Do how can i fix this phone? When I try to turn on phone only says updating att software and when is on 25% it start again from 0%

put in recovery and try to reset
