OTZ flsaher write factory firmware error

OTZ flsaher write factory firmware error.every time is runtime error!
OTZFlasher_v1.0.0.1409,OTZFlasher_v1.0.0.1406,OTZF lasher_v1.0.0.1395 all verisions same error

What exact file you use ?!?! I have tried on the same os and no problem at all. be sure also that the exe stays near the dll it cames with

firmware file selecting no problem but when push write firmware getting that error

Soft will crash if the file isnt completely downloaded.

For example 2005D-2[X=A,B,C,D,E,F,G]ALRU1.otz must have 11.7 MB (12,318,499 bytes). also be sure latets .net framework is installed
