Pack 12 worked, now problem. Need support - GSM-Forum

Yesterday worked just fine
Today i cant open software
Other Packs and soft work fine but pack12 gives me problem.
Any help from members or support ?

From what i see update fails. So format the dongle and try again. Regarding un-activated thing simple watch this video

I am formatting dongle before program a pack.

Others modules works just fine

I am getting error with FG_Sam_v1.0.4.1_pro, while other packs and soft work just fine.

Formatted and without pack ATM

Pack 12 programmed

List of Active Pack

Then on executing FG_Sam_v1.0.4.1_pro

Maybe a month ago purchased Pack12 + 1 Year Support , till yesterday FG_Sam_v1.0.4.1_pro worked just fine.

You must run exe as ADMIN. Also be sure no other dongles, usb hdd, emmc readers attached to pc

Each FGB SW i run as Administrator
Sharing how i solve it

Connected FGB Box to Another PC with WIN XP.
Open Pack12 and Activate as software request it.
Then i connect box to PC that have this problem.
Now on Maintenace says Pack12 Activated instead of Unactivated.
In this case FG_Sam_v1.0.4.1_pro will run instead of saying no dongle detected and will reactivate FG_Sam_v1.0.4.1_pro for use. This was mine way hope will help to someone.
