Pack 6 OT606 flashing problem

I have OT606 in hands (fully functional). Code readed without problem (with phone security read). While flashing I have this message

Make your handset power off, plug in the UART cable!
Product: OT-606
Load DA file...
Load AUTH file...
Start to connect the handset, keep pressing the power on key!
Start to flash handset image...
Flash: [TOSHIBA]TY68011111220KC
Load flash image file...
Flash handset image failed!
Error Code: 7101
Please double check the cable and handset connection!
Try it again!

Phone works because flashing process didn't even start (probably only loader was sent and that's all). Any reasons because I didn't find any thread with this kind of error. Cable (box) works fine - I flashed many MTKs (708x and lots of clones with infinity) with it.

Some users had flashed 606 successfully, for sure it's working.
Please let me know which flash file you selected for flashing.

it was only for tests because I wanted to find out which of available flashes contains polish langpack. I believe it's working but maybe it's some writing operation failure (security reading is succesfull) to this one specific flash chip model.

Try other flash. Maybe its old format.
