Hi , after the second file phone power up normally , but there inside no russian language as requested..

Hi!
I have one handset OT818 which was originaly 818X-2CVNRS1.
I tried to flash with both files but the phone powers on and a counter goes to 100% and then powers down.
Tryed flashing with 818X-2XVNRS1-S.bin but the phone stucks at VIP logo.
The phone was in working condition before.
