Pack 8 OT-802 code error

i was trying to unlock an OT-802 with pack 8 and the code that give is wrong
cause the p`hone support 8 digit and it gives me a 10 digit code

Just input the first 8 digits of the NCK what you got.

You use latest version ? Also its possible that you have a bad secutiry file or someone tried before unlock that phone so in this case simply do security rebuild.

Dear,
I had checked the secure setting as your same provider ID 802A-2FAVDO1.
The unlock code what you got is correct.
Not special setting, also 10 digits unlock code.
How can you know the phone only accept 8 digits code?
Are you talking about the phone lock but not SIMLock??
Please make sure it is SIMLock, if the phone doesn't accept the code, what message you got by the phone's UI?
If it is phone lock, try the secure region repair function.

cause you cannot imput more than 8 digit. that was my first clue.
