Pack 8 still have a problem - GSM-Forum

I still have a problem, to activate the pack 8.

I bought my activation credit, via unlockbase, Unlockbase, said that is already activated.

Now is taking more than 1 week, that i can't use the pack 8, please furious-gold team, may u check what the problem is?

here is what i get when i try to update the pack 8

Well press go to support area and check if you have the credits there

Still the same, no, on the support area, i don't see any credit.
