Pack 8 still not activated :( - GSM-Forum

I requested activation for Pack 8 for my Furious box by Unlockbase.

But it still not work, see my screenshot, please help me !

Well you posted 30 mins after buying... If you may have bought through Furious webpage it would be instant...

Since you bought from a reseller do not blame us

Well i understand but can't help either. Maybe you made order and didnt paid or was some problem with ur payment. I suppose unlockbase must reply. As allways if you are not satisfied by their services i suppose you can ask for refund. Also im curious why did you wait 2 months ?!

Yes but John from unlockbase is not responsing.

I wait a few months because i mailed him a few weeks but still not get an answer and i have here a mobile phone shop to run and dont have the time for the bull****.

I pay for it by my account so i should get it activated.

I thougth you give your customers more service...i don not understand he may sell your product if he give this worst service!

FuriousTeam is blaming me, but I order directly from Christophe from GPG Industry who produce your hardware and I belive is direct distributor.....

As you can see in the attached screenshot, he told me "c'est OK" mean "it's done" te 21 February 2011, then I forward to him the complaint of the customer and he keep telling me it's done !

I can pay a second time for this activation to Steve directly, but I need furious team to confirm me that Christophe never activate this Activation the 21 February as I pay him and will need to get a refund from this one.

PS: if furious confim, I won't wait to get refund to get direct from steve.

Hi,

Well he never activated or the person he asked to never did. Mainly Steve was taking care of that and seems he didnt do. Anyway i activated now PACK8 myself
