pack 9+1 year paid but not active


Team,I order from Multi-Com pack 9+1 year support,it was paid fully and they send me: Succes: You successfully activated SPECIAL 1 YEAR + PACK 9 for customer , SERIAL:5BD65227
full details are Username/Furious BOX ID: Bling2279/5BD65227 but when from meintance go to support page pack 9 is not active and not extended for 1 more year? Can you please check on your side?
