Pack 9 no more instant!!

Pack 9 was advertised as instant when we bought it.
You have changed it to once per day..

If you were a smaller company you would be bending over backwards to please your customers because of this action (whatever the explanation for it be) . And atleast offering some thing (anything) to recompense those that had bought pack 9 before you changed it to once per day.

But since you are not.. You flex your muscle and say things like "buy from someone else!!" in other words "Get lost we have too many customers!"

This statement of yours works great right now.. but as soon as there is a competitor that duplicates / steals / copies / hacks / creates a better solution then you, you are going to be in trouble.

Because you aren't depending on the loyalty of your customers. You are taking advantage of the fact that there isn't any real competition for you at the moment.

My advice to you is learn from history... There were many greats before you and they are no more. Usually this happens when they become too full of themselves and forget what it is that brought them to the heights.

It's the customers! and when you piss too many of them off then you get in trouble.

You will see the " RED COLOR " advertisement! from other team!

If you dont agree this then you can ask for refund and pay all the codes made so far no problem.
