Dear Team,

Kindly check this error, i bought dongle with pack 1,2,3 if pack 6 is free than why i am not able to update... that pack?

Yes pack6 is free but did you ask and refill your string before or not???

Actuly i am new user of this dongle so i did the post in section i dont know to whome i should request for string or what ever required!
