pack4 can't update - GSM-Forum

hi team today is HAPPY DAY but when i want to upgrade my box pack4 cant update ,
i select pack4 and pack5 to programmed in box but when i checked programmed packs it only show pack 5

pack4 can't update ,
when i select only pack4 after programed it say no pack is programed

what should i do

i try format but same

can you check my account , maybe there i have problem

all pack can be programed only i have problem with pack4

restar your pc and open pack4 100% working

Maybe there is soem detect bug. Simply try to start pack 4 sw
