Please use the tool and select the work mode as "Read security information from handset". Your backup file is correct for this provider ID "M290A-2ARGDO1". And the NCK is also correct for this IMEI. But the problem may because your mobile real software version is different with the print label. If you surely to read the backup secure file from real handset, what's error message you got on the handset's UI after you input that NCK? B.R. Eason | |
