pack8 problem

when i run AlcatelMTKPhoneUnlockTool v1.0.1.4 it says that i have to upgrade my dongle

i`ve tried format/repair but no succes
what 2 do?

all other packs are working fine

same problem......ok if that is the latest why on suport is 1.0.1.4?i have this version in my pc and i dosent work ..

1.0.1.4 is the last version on suport and we are talking about pack8

dont u see that the version he said is 1.0.0.397 and from another tool(pack3)?....u probably have like us this version 1.0.1.4.Somebody from support plz ?!

Cant run AlcatelMTKPhoneUnlockTool v1.0.1.4
I have updated to pack8 but software cant open.

Wrong answer please the user asked for AlcatelMTKPhoneUnlockTool
v1.0.1.4 software on pack8, and your ansewer is about MTK ALCATEL V1.0.0.1397 on pack3.

please I have the same problem after format and update pack, pack5 and pack 8 not work. anly pack 3 is working?

please hack where is the problem?
