Do you not understand Hack you change imei and becosue this you got BANNED PACK9 and you can't buy it again for this dongle becosue you are too smart.
Right now only you can buy pack10 that is limited to 50 phones every time when you used it that all.
Or buy new dongle and active for it pack9 for this dongle this is impossible.

IMEI change in LG phone is not allowed when after imei change same phone want calc code to unlock by pack9 and pack10 and the same 100 times or more.
