Please i don't get a solution of my problem

Box username: FGLIGHT7544
Available Bling Credits: 0
Box serial: 6CEFD1A8
Activation date: 2010-09-24 13:20:56 | 24 September 2010
Account status: Your account is up to date
Packs Activated: PACK1

I buy my furious key dongle with furious team 149 EURO, pack 1+2+3+6 must be activated. When i finish to register, only pack1 is activated.

please i want solution for my problem
in till now, the resseller "furious team" had not answered or resolve my problem
