I have problem with my dongle I bought it three days ago, I can use only Three package 4, 9 and 11 So I talk the buyer and he said that, post in gsmhsoting your problem also he said that, he active the full what is meant in this context that, my dongle is full active from 1 to 11 but i have issue and furious gold can help me

and this photo when i go to package

The reseller sold you an lite dongle. Talk with him and ask to change the activation
