Only your reseller can solve your problem I also experienced this problem in my 3 boxes but now all ok
Reseller must check the box and keep the record before sending to customer

Well if you have bought from a trusted reseller this may not happened. And since hack3r2k computer it's reciently burnt then YES. You have to wait. Anything wrong on it?
