Paid for Pack 4 + 6 but when activation only Pack 1, 2, 3 available! - GSM-Forum

I paid 119 euro for Pack 4 + Pack 6 but when tried to activate the box, there's only Pack 1, 2 and 3 there? I have no choice so I chose Pack 1 so that I can activate my box. So how to activate Pack 4 + 6 as I paid for?
