Would you mind div_859 to stop moving to any other thread to crticise any answer from support team? I understand your situation and I already gave you my opinion about this issue.

If it's not a problem wait till hack3r2k will may offer anything or not. If he does he will be too kind as, you bought from non reseller which in GSM means NO SUPPORT

but please explain this for I am finalised 99bling and actived pask5 with my hind and also worked whit this pack5 and unloked just two phone u960 and u900 with derect unlock ,realy it's a *** soft soft ,but now I am sure that Mr Hakh has delet this pack for my box ID

so I am sorry at all and still waiting to hack solve my problem .realy I dont' have mutch many to payed another pack5 already payed .
