pb activation pack 5

box username bling 1391
when i want to use the pack5 it came this message applet not found!....
pls help

uninstall USB Driver And Install It Again And Again Update Pack5 Then Post Result

Open Maintenance and format your dongle.
Try to activate bouth pack 5 and 3

i formated the box & i actvated both of pack 3 & 5 but the module of the pack 5 QCOM_SMART_TOOL don't work

Your box is updated ok ,go to support area and download last version of pack 5..i think it will work fine.
