Good day FG team,

My friend recently bought pack 5 activation to his expired box and pack 5 is now working except pack 1, 2 and 3,

With my understanding as previous activation pack 5 that you are entitled also one FREE Year support for pack 1, 2 ,3?

The way i understand sir .... you have to activate both Pack 4 and Pack 5 to earn FREE one year support.

yes box came with on year activation if it is new

also if you will take pack4 -5 you take one year extra support also
