Please help to activate pack 4+6 FG (only pack 1,2,3 can be activated) - GSM-Forum

hi i have receive Furious GOLD pack 4+6 today
i was so happy

but problem came,when i click support its says box is banned or missmatch so
i must contact reseller

i contact .:hack3r2k:. , he help me to activated
but now i only can activated pack 1,2,3

therefore i buy this FG with pack 4+6...
how i can activated this FG with pack 4 and 6?

please help me..

I just received my FG Box with packs 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 (FGOLD ID: 22294) and 59 cables in the mail yesterday (from reseller: FuriouSTeaM) . I am trying to access the server for the first time to register, activate, and access the support area. I keep getting an error on the maintenance window when I hit the execute action button.

The error is:

"Account serial number mismatch or box banned! Please contact reseller for additional help/info! "

I also noticed the Activation code on the FG Box (and on the static wrapping) doesn't match with the ID on the Maintenance application. The last digit is mismatched, FG Box is number 8 and ID on Maintenance is letter B.

Activation Code on FG Box: FGOLD-74EE21D8

ID on Maintenance Application: FGOLD-74EE21DB

Please advise.

I am now able to connect to the Support Area page to register my FB Box. Thank you so much.

With respect to my ID mismatch, should I use the Activation code on the FG Box or the ID on the Maintenance application for future info on renewals/support/account reference?
