please help azumi L2z

hello team,,,i try many ways with this model phone azumi L2z and every time result the same error,,the process stop in the same step,,try with boot cable,,with usb normal and boot key,,putting the battery after connect,,with the batery inside ,,,without battery,,please help!!


Searching phone;
For an successful connection do the following:
1. Remove battery and usb cable
2. Insert the usb cable in the phone
3. Keep pressed the boot key and insert the battery
Phone detected (@oem76.inf,%dvcdsc%;SCI USB2Serial)
Preparing to sync;
Port opened [COM5];
Mobile type: SPRD3
Connected;
Starting;
FDL sent;
Syncing;

1. must remove usb and batt
2. insert usb
3. wait the soft to start searching the phone
4./ keep pressed boot key
5. insert batt


must do it exactly as this. Also after drivers install pc must be rebooted and be sure you install the drivers that come inside the software archive

1.-connect button in program
2.- connect the phone without battery with boot key pressed
3.- put the battery inside

maybe this phone have some different hardware!!!

From what i see you have started some pc sync app start that opens the port (ex huwei hisuite, nokia, se suite etc)

hello mr hacker,,look the picture,,phone on the left can i do any process and all ok,,phone on the right is the phone of the errors,,,both are from telcel mexico,,both appear L2z model in the label,,but i think that inside is some different hardware,,,maybe different procesor!!!

p.d. if can you helpme with a solution i really appreciate your help!!
