Please help, DORO 6520 unlocked success but still lock

Hi Furious Team, please help with this DORO
got 2, one tried many times now lost all attempt. the other still have 4 attempts

It's because probably use an old software version. use latest v628 !

that's already using latest software,tried two computer also using doro request imei, got unlock code but the code also not working.

I did check the attached nvram and no locks active. Which exact code is the pohone requesting ? maybe is the phone code !?

well i that strange.... i was using brand new simcard, so for sure not a simcode issue.
also tried on 2 phone. and second phone was still asking lock code.
i will tried it again when when i got new one.

doro 6520 was asking for unlock code, phone is unlocked but phone showing SOS calls only, invalid sim card, where as same sim card is working in another phone, tried with different sim cards as well but same error..
can you please check what's wrong..?
