Please help I can not download from the site - GSM-Forum

I can not download from the site , I said to wait 60 seconds, do not use any download manager, just use internet explorer and mozilla. Please someone who can give some solution, I'm not the only one with this problem.

just simply use mozilla . if u r getting 60sec message it means u already start download any file u have to wait 2-3min to download another file .....

Seems not to understand that we do not use any downloader manager, use mozilla and internet explorer and still the same problem.
