Please help me to unlock ZTE z221

Greetings everyone!

I have been searching web for days but can't find any calculator for 16 digit ZTE unlock code for z221 (AT&T).

Could you please generate the 16 digits one for

IMEI: 356613041618810

While unlocking in "ERASING" step, phone reboots, programs give this error and phone still locked.

Just same error, tried these scenarios:

1. With SIM inside
2. Without SIM inside
3. Without battery

Always cell restart by itself when "ERASING" step is starting and I did not use any usb hub.

Maybe someone else can try with is own phone, just to discard...
