Failed to open the communication port !

Time needed - 00:00:00

I get the above error when trying to unlock my treo 650 what do i have to do

Offocutrse you get error if you dont read ! phone must be in bootlaoder mode !

I have put the phone in bootloader mode and for your information i have read all the instruction and followed all the steps but i always get the same error, but what i dont understand is why the drivers on the support site dont work as soon as i connect the phone in bootloader mode windows installs the drivers auto what am i doing wrong

Recharge it's unuseful as you don't connect with the phone.

Please reupdate PACK2 and install manually the drivers

PS: Be sure activesync it's closed using the task manager
