I've tried the unlock code on this ot-5020A, none of them works.
Then tried the OTsmart Tool, Shows the error message below.
Can someone help PLZ?

For OT-5020A, you have to use OTsmart. Try this:

1. Open OTsmart
2. Select model One Touch Mpop
3. Tick remove simlock
4. Press ' do job' then immediately connect phone ( without battery ) to computer via micro USB.

It should work.
