i get error if i try to unlocked hd2

pls sir,i have try with another pc but still same error and the microsoft activesync connected well too and am asking what is the main problem cus i have set like 5 hours for this phone but no results
help me pls

yes i do but the problem is alway in blank mode when tells u to do so and before u try to reconnect then is time out.i have try with 3 pc now but no sucess.

Then you have an unsupported 512 MB model. Sale us one if possible
