London-AL30, LND-AL30, LND-L29 and similar
There are FW files on support but huaweiressurector cant flash.
And upload Board FW bcz I need to change region and customization

You cant flash because first you must chnage the country and vendor to math the firmware from the support. As for the board sw we dont have it

Can you explain me how to flash after changing country info and OEMINFO?
Before writing EU info to the China phone there is only one string in fastboot mode - Phone unlocked. And phone can be flashed.
But after writing second string appears "FRP lock". And fastboot commands answer
"Command not allowed".
FRP unlock in Flycaptain works fine but nothing changed...

Answer to myself:
I did country change, after that i did read BL code and "unlock downgrade limitations".
Do not unlock BL!!!!
After that i flashed main update.app and country cust (small update.app). And my phone is now EU with locked BL.

You must enable OEM UNLOCK from the phone menu
