Problem with Blackberry Smart Tool - GSM-Forum

Hi, I have a problem with bb smart tool, there is a version recently loaded which changes your keyboard from qwerty to qwertz, after that problem appeared FG launch a new fixed version which correct the problem by changing any keyboard to qwerty, great! thank you for that, but the problem with that version is that is only made for keyboards with 39 keys, so bb 81xx are not fixed by that version, I know those phones are old, but still on market at the momment I have 3 phones useless because of that wrong version, and I can not use any newer version without use the fixed one after because including version .867 changes my keyboards from qwerty to qwertz, can any one help me??? What I would need is another version for phones with 24 keys! Is it possible?? Maybe my conclusions are wrong... But is what I am seeing on the phones I have useless now...

Thank mohsin10 but that version only fixes problem in models with 39 keys... which is not the case for 8100, 8110 and 8120... Thank you anyway...

use bb smart tool and read the code then use cfp and erase complete the phone and load back os .
or use mfi...
But you can wait till this situation it's more clear and have a fix from support.
