Sure you are using Win7 or vista? If so open packs as admin and problem will be solved

no sir i use windows xp sp2. problem with box i test all solution no way. box dead if mr hack have time this week i contact him on icq thank furious teem

open the box and unplug the usb dongle and connect it directly to usb port
