FW46 startup forever after unlock.... why? i killed 2 Phone whith this solution

It's clearly stated not TO ATTEMP TO UNLOCK phone if is allready unlocked. So next time when you get such model try to check before if is really locked !

I have a fw46 at hand. It has been locked for 3g in italy, when i have inserted a romanian sim card the following message appeared: "servizi operatore limitati" which means :"operator services limited". after unlocking it with FG , the phone just shows the fastweb logo then restarts continually...
I kindly ask the FG team, especially mr. Daniel, to provide me with a solution to this matter. I would like to state that i own another piece of this model,in case a dump is necessary, i can do it.

Well allready explained such pb apepar on new FW46 aswell. So stop unlocking those untill i get such crap locked for testing properly. So if anyonme has to offer ones locked can PM me.
