problem with LG shark

Tried at least 500 times, all day today and always the same

Searching phone;[*] Phone must be powered on;[*] Phone display must be lighted;[*] If USB is beeing used then MODEM port must be selected;Cannot open then selected port !Time needed - 00:00:01
I tried on vista no luck, then I tried on XP same thing, on xp computer I have installed Z3X box and DC-unlocker and never had any problem with drivers, on both computer I tried with android LG C710 and windows LG E900 and same thing, is anybody who can help me, is there any support I can ask, I have third computer with clear windows, what can I do on the third one and which drivers should I install.

-Dial: ##634#
-Press the "call" button
-On the MFG screen input this password: 277634#*# and press enter. Now the MFG icon is listed on the "programs list"

-Enter "Engineer menu"-->"Port settings"-->"USB Switching"-->"QC composite"
-Reboot

just take a look carefully at modem port and select the correct one.
is working without problems:
