Problem with LG U370. - GSM-Forum

Hi all,
I have a problem with LG U370 phone, The problem with drivers.
In first I installed this driver "LGUSBModemDriver_WHQL_ML_Ver_4.7"
2nd power on the phone and connect the phone with computer by USB cable.
(I tried with two USB cables "KG800" and "KU311")
But the phone doesn't install the drivers.
When connect the phone with computer by USB cable, the computer appears this message.

I tried that with two computers, and i had a same problem.
Please help me to solve my problem.

check your phone pinout first cable then try again its not a driver problem or tool too.

I checked the phone pinout and it's clean.

You Need USB Cable KG800 USB Cable working For This ... Also check the cable jack mybe some problem there
