i get this error when trying to open blackberrytool software

and check ur antivirus settings..

1. Download “Maintainance” software from FG web www.furious-gold.com
2. Connect your box and install needed drivers (by specifying “Maintainance” folder)

its not the furious box its the furious dongle that i have an i did to firmware check on maintanance, but get error wen i try to open software, it says i dont have permission to access..please help
