Problem with pack 7 - GSM-Forum

Team.
Every time I try to unlock u8651 get this error and I am using the drivers from support.
Searching Huawei phone COM ports... not found !
Searching Android USB Interface... OK

Checking bootloader status... not running!
Connecting to server... OK
Sending data to server... OK
Reading data from server... OK
Sending data to server... OK
Reading data from server... OK
Uploading bootloader... failed!
Disconnecting from server... OK
Product name: swordfish

Error!
Disk write error !

Be sure you use latest version v24

Yes that's the one I am using. the phone is a t-mobile u8651t.
