Problem to regist new FG Dongle


I bought new FG Dongle 3days left.
I have download latest maintenance v1.0.0.843 and try to resgist the dongle but when i press go to support area there is noway for resgist it.

Packs:
PACK1 *, PACK2 *, PACK3, PACK4 *, PACK5 *, PACK6 *, PACK8 *

2011-04-24 12:16:30

Please help me.

Those are step that i did:

1-Go to support from latest maintenance tool
2- click on my details
3-type your personal account details /information
4- Click on update button
done

But after click on update button i didn't get the confirmation email from FG support and my dongle still ask me for regist

You wont get any mail. Simply use Maintenance and update the packs you need now

After regist i got the same message as before:

Connecting to server ...
Authorisation process started ...
Device is not activated ! Press 'GO TO SUPPORT AREA' button and register it !

How many times dongle must be registered with this new Maintenance?
Please check my Dongle status if is good one.
