Problem remove phone lock(s) SM-N9500

I bought the pack 12 for removing the lock screen of the Samsung SM-N9005. The software asks you to enable debug mode, but how can I? Obviously I do not have access to the phone because it is blocked by a password.

It could come with it enabled and for some models can be enabled by cable
