Problem try to buy FRP credits to my box. - GSM-Forum

Hello, can you check what happen with my box that i can not buy credits to remove FRP on new Huawei? I try to buy on the official website but give this error "The Serial Number your provided was not found". Also when i try to check how many credits i have the server return this mistake "Check credits fail, access denied!".

I have all the packets buy but only activated pack 7, support until February´17.

All is perfect now. With the first phone FRP unlocked i pay all credits and have 9 more to earn money. Thank you very much for fast and very good support.
