Problem Unlock Huawei Y221-U12 [SOLVED]

Hi furiousGold Team and Gsmhosting Members

I Unlocked this Phone " Huawei Y221-U12 " using OTSmart tool Pack6
but after unlocking succesful the phone show this message
" the slot has been permanently locked "

i tried direct Unlock and this is the Log

Using library Brom_DLL_v7.1413.5

download the flash files flash the phone to restore counter then unlock it
